Crested Butte Development Team is fully licensed with the State of Colorado Office of Early Childhood.
In our effort to establish groups with diverse ability levels, age and gender, our coaches will be selecting the riders that will fit into our program this season.
All grade levels are for the 2021-22 school year. Prices have been updated for the 2021 season.
We offer this one-day a week option for third thru fifth grade riders ONLY who need guidance with the basic fundamentals of mountain biking such as braking and shifting. This is a great program for younger and/or beginner riders who like to ride their bike and just need to develop the confidence to really allow them to LOVE riding their bike! These riders should be on bike with a wheel size between 24”-27.5” depending on the rider’s size. Please be sure his/her bike fits properly for safety and added fun factor. Please note that the focus of this programming will intentionally be much different than the Jr. Devo two-day/week groups. If you would like your child to ride bigger rides then they must ride with us two days per week as this group is intended to build confidence that will ultimately lead to the more adventurous Doctor Park and Teocalli Ridge trails. This IS NOT the group for a rider who is ready for the challenging technical rides. If you have any questions, please contact us and we’ll help you with this decision.
